I Joined this Company as one of the Nursing team members in July of this year. After several months here I can honestly say the Facility is clean, the staff try hard to make the Residents feel welcomed and cared for, the attachment they have to the Residents to make them feel like Family goes way beyond their job description. As every employer will tell you staffing is a challenge throughout the industry, however I would recommend this Facility for your loved one short or long term. My dad spent a week at Altercare of Wadsworth following a pulmonary embolism and knee replacement. Although the experience was new and overwhelming for our family, the team made us feel welcome and at ease from day one. The physical and occupational therapy were excellent—thoughtful, consistent, and tailored to his needs—which was crucial to his recovery.
