Very great place to work especially starting out as a aid! Staff is like family!
I have been a CNA here for 4 years on Speret Hall. I absolutely love Altercare. Our management is amazing and our residents are like our family members. We have amazing staff, residents and family members of the residents
..could not ask for better management...DON Elizabeth is the best she's very knowledgeable and I learned a lot from her..she is always there for the staff and for the residents....and 3rd shift nurse Malinda she is so sweet with the residents she takes her time with each of them and really gets to know them... There is a lot of great people that work there I am grateful for the time .
My mother has been a resident at Altercare Bucyrus for the past 9 months. I have no complaints.The care she has received from every department has exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to acknowledge the aides and nurses who work on Speret Hall. The patience, kindness, and compassion you display to the residents and their families does not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated.
