Maggie’s attitude was consistently unprofessional and cold. She seemed impatient with both residents and visitors, which was really disappointing to witness. Compassion is so important in this setting, and sadly, it just wasn’t there.

Could not have asked for a better outcome from a rehab stay the entire staff from department heads, doctors, RN's, aides, ect were exceptional highly recommend Altercare Jennifer was so helpful and easy to work with ty.

Most of the people I worked with were kind, patient and loving. Lori, who did a lot of my care, was gentle and helpful. She made me relax and smile.

I was transferred to Altercare Big Rapids from Corewell Hospital Big Rapids after a serious health problem to have rehab. I was working with Molly Laskowski for most of my rehab sessions. One early morning she wanted to start a session, but before starting, decided to check my vitals and found when taking the oxygen and heart reading, my heart rate was 30, which is quite dangerous.
