I've gone in twice to request hemming services for my teenage kids and been turned away both times. I needed 2 items shortened, which is a fairly simple & straightforward tailoring request. Snow said she couldn't do the alterations and that the results wouldn't look good. Hard to believe that's a real excuse for a tailor. My sense is that Snow has a racial bias and didn't want to help my family because we are multiracial.
