I recommended this place to my daughter for her wedding gown alterations. I cannot say enough good things about Emelina's regarding their alterations and fitting service. It was obvious from the first moment that they really care about excellence and they really know what they are doing. My daughter Dominique gets all her homecoming dresses there and this year homecoming and prom, they are very professional and do an excellent job on alternations and especially when you order from them I think they are one of the best alternation- boutique and bridal store- I think alot of us would agree, the place is always busy and well known in the area of Tampa and I am from New Tampa so believe me the ride to this boutique is worth it all
I was very satisfied with the service here. I used this boutique for all my needs-bridesmaids dresses, tuxedos, even my Mom bought her dress here. The owner, Emelina, went out of her way to make sure that my dress was perfect. I could not have been happier!
I went here to alter my bridal gown and my rehearsal dinner dress. During my follow up appointment they had double booked me with another customer. After waiting for 45 minutes they let me try on my gowns. My rehearsal dress was altered poorly and was a full inch too tight. They then had the nerve to ask if I had gained weight...even though they measured me only 4 days earlier and I had certainly not gained a single pound.
