My mom introduced me to the seamstress and she was able to fix my bridesmaid dress in a reasonable amount of time. It needed to be hemmed but had about three layers and at different lengths. The alteration was about $30. My only concern is that the seamstress did make me feel a bit self conscious about my body the day I tried on my dress for pickup. Aside from this, she does her job well.
