We found Alter Ego online after we had a trying experience with our Costco e-bike purchase. We returned our purchase and went online to find a better bike. ***Be warned that a EBGO e-bike will not be serviced by any dealer/repair in the lower mainland. Something about liability. Good day to everyone. I bought a Sidekick PRO 3 from Alter Ego. This Wife and Husband team are and were fantastic. They know what they're doing, have style and are professional.
