The test drive experience sold myself on the bike. Staff was very outgoing and answered all questions easily. The pickup was easy and further questions where answered with respect.
These guys always treat me right! I booked my Heybike Ranger S in for a tune-up and brake job. They had a look over the bike and determined that the tune-up wasn't really necessary, as I'd had it serviced not too long ago and it was still in good form. They easily could have charged me for the whole lot, but they were honest and only did what was needed. Saved me a tidy chunk of change!
We purchased a couple folding Velortric electric bikes and have really enjoyed them. We have ridden our bikes on the Oregon coast, Naramata Kettle Valley Trail and throughout South Dakota. The batteries last a long time, the bikes are easy to assemble and compact when folded making them perfect for travel. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient e-bike.

Thoroughly enjoying my new Velotric Plus 1 folding bike. Great for rv use and rides wonderfully. Super service from Kyle and staff. Minor derailleur adjustment required and quickly and easily handled. Absolutely recommended.
