Great experience here! I made the mistake of buying a cheap Chinese set of bikes online, never again! Buy LOCAL. Super chill atmosphere, can demo most bikes. 5 Star
I purchased an e-bike here that was advertised as fully tuned. Within a few minutes of my first rides, the seatpost repeatedly slipped, and during one incident I fell and broke my arm. When I contacted the store, the after-sales support was dismissive and did not resolve the problem. I eventually purchased the same model from Costco at ~30% lower price; after a year of use, it has never had no seat issues and the service has been far better.
