My wife and I were in today looking at e-bikes we dont know much about them, Kyle gave us some great information on three e-bike. We will be back when we decide which bike we want.
Brought our Heybike Ranger S in for repairs. Had brake issues and a problem with the kickstand. After some lengthier diagnosis and testing the shop owners decided to replace the brake lever mechanism and kickstand for brand new ones. Made me feel superbly well taken care of. Great selection of e-bikes and an excellent, safe location for test riding them all. Excellent knowledge of all products sold, and I didn’t feel ripped off. I’m so pleased with my purchase! Highly recommend.
Not very helpful. Had to argue with the owner that he had the part I needed and then would not take 10 mins to install it or lend us the crank tool to do it ourselves. We are from out of town and I mentioned it was a mobility bike for me. Next stop we travelled too was in Comox and they were extremely helpful and it took him 10 mins to install the part.
