Bought two D5 2.0 from Alter Ego, great customer service! A promotion for a bike rack had just ended. If you buy two bikes they give you the rack. I had just missed the promotion having to travel down from 100 Mile to Chwk. A call was made to the company rep and they extended the free bike rack for me. Have only ridden 25km so far as we waited for snow and ice to clear off the roads. Very happy with the bikes so far! If your considering an E-bike, go see Kyle at Alter Ego!!
