Great find. Knowledgeable staff
We purchased a bike at Alter Ego and after the warranty expired the bike needed some repairs. We brought it in for them to have a look and they did almost $600 worth of work without getting our approval first. Then they emailed me and said it wasn't worth putting in more money so we could just buy a new bike and they'd give us a discount.
