I went to the bank yesterday and the lady at the window was very rude. I deposited a check and she says you have to wait 3 days like rudely said. And they charge for everything including paper statements. Do they charge the elderly who don't have online services. Plus they are like ever other bank. They are very rude. They Charge to talk to someone on the phone.
Maggie provided the best service i have ever had with the company making me quickly forget the confusion i had previously experienced in managing my loans.
