While assisting an adult with disabilities, who is unable to read, write and drive, I was absolutely appalled with the attitude and treatment of this woman by the manager Sherri. This was my second trip to this branch in the last 5 days trying to help a woman resolve her concerns. This manager, Sherri was rude and dismissive of this woman both trips.
