Just want to give Tracy at the Red Lodge Branch a shout out for helping me through an issue i had with a garnishment issued by a Collection Bureau. the collection was not intended for me but for an old joint member I had on my account. The joint member was supposed to be removed years ago and was noted as such in the system. Tracy did see that this was an error on their end and she worked with both her supervisor and the credit agency to work through the issue.
