I deal with The folks at the branch in Columbus and have had nothing but a great experience multiple times now. It's definitely just the way they do business over there. Not to say it can't be done at other locations, but my experiences have been so good at the Columbus location even traveled from where I live consistently and Laurel all the way to Columbus just for my loans because of the great service
I can't give the Columbus branch enough stars! Best bank hands down
