Today's massage was fantastic! The environment is welcoming and Alta is amazing! She asked questions to figure out where the focus needed to be and she hit all the spots! Feeling relaxed and refreshed!!
Alta is amazing! I have chronic pain, fibromyalgia and arthritis. She has a gentle but firm touch and can find all the places that hurt. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to trigger points, how one place affects another etc. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. She also is great at knowing when you want to talk and when you just want to relax and be quiet. I have had many massage therapists in the past but once I found Alta, I won’t go anywhere else!
