My mom needed some extra help after acute rehab from her 4th stroke and Alta made things so easy to get her more therapy! Sam the admissions director was amazing and made sure my mom was comfortable and taken care of. The therapist were great and got her back to eating regular foods which she was on puréed diet when she got there. She loved that they had games like blackjack and bingo for her to do instead of only being confined to her room with only watching tv and they had movie days. Try not to put your loved ones in Alta Skilled Nursing. This facility is dangerously understaffed and the administration will completely ignore you when your family member gets severely hurt. My uncle has suffered a constant pattern of falls due to a gross lack of physical supervision. The neglect is escalating: he fell and busted his lip in March, suffered a broken nose and facial laceration in May, and was sent to the ER twice in three days this June. My stay here was great I can say that Alta has the best staff in the world!! Hand picked for me. Paul and Brianna in therapy Sara, Eduardo and Genny CNA and Izzy and sam from admissions!!
Thank you to all of the amazing staff who run this beautiful facility. From administration, to therapy, the CNA’s, Nurses, dietary staff and housekeeping. Sam came to visit me every week and showed she really cared. Everyone together makes this place truly amazing. Thank you all! Also, great food here!!!
