Poor quality. Bought a sofa 5 years ago and feathers are coming out all the time. Hard to believe it's custom made. The fabric was not the grade it claimed to be. It's pilling in between the cushions. I have to treat this couch like a pet. Vacuuming, and removing pilling constantly. I had used a damp cloth to wipe something off and it left a mark on the fabric. It was a damp cloth with just water!! The manager was not helpful when I called to get advice.
