I am absolutely shocked, appalled, and furious with the cruelty these people just treated my mother-in-law with. It is 18° out tonight, her phone died while she was on the train and she was trying to call a Lyft to my apartment, and they wouldn't let her charge her phone or use their phone to call me. Then they kicked her out in the cold and wouldn't even let her back in the store to purchase something. She had to walk around in the freezing cold for another hour before a kind stranger finally helped her. What a HORRIBLE way... read more
