Could have killed someone. Botched install on a $10,000 job caused thousands in damages. Jasper Generator has been dodging reasonability for months. Had to involve Generac directly to get a repair scheduled. Will catch up with them scamming people.
Nick is very knowledgeable. He was able to help diagnose my generator over the phone and offered free advice. Saved me time and money!
I’m very excited to share that Nick with Jasper Generators did a really excellent job servicing my generator today. It was installed by another company in Ellijay, who is now terrible. It never ran right. I could not get them back out. I had another Generator Repair guy look at it, but he could not service a warranty call through Generac. He recommended somebody else.
