Nick is very knowledgeable. He was able to help diagnose my generator over the phone and offered free advice. Saved me time and money!
I’m very excited to share that Nick with Jasper Generators did a really excellent job servicing my generator today. It was installed by another company in Ellijay, who is now terrible. It never ran right. I could not get them back out. I had another Generator Repair guy look at it, but he could not service a warranty call through Generac. He recommended somebody else. The product they advertised and sent me was not the same as what they listed in the detail. I had to go find a 2 pole 100 amp breaker on my own to keep the project moving and have the ability to restore power to my customers house. When I kindly and patiently asked over the following month to reimburse me $50 for the breaker and my time they refused and sited a policy of return the entire product for a refund. The package had the correct description but the Panel in the package was different. I was working a truncated schedu... read more

I just talked to Nick this morning. I needed to return 2 transfer switches for 2 items that suited my needs much better. He was super to deal with, made sure I knew what I wanted and was ordering, and shipped it today. Whatever your power needs, check with him first. I'm sure glad I did and will continue to do business with someone who treats me right!
