Agriculture Field Trip- great way to end the school year with an Alsum Farms and Produce tour. “You say poh-tay-toe, I say poh-tah-toe.” 🥔 🎼 Any way you say it there sure were a lot of them and lots to learn about them! Thank you for such an educational visit- everyone was so professional and kind to our class! AND great potatoes!

I am a pastry chef at a boutique bakery and coffee shop. My customers love ❤️ to know what goes into our quiches❤️ Alsum Potato’s are so buttery I have to keep the Baristas from snacking on them .🤗 No brown spots or stinker potato’s in the bag. 5 min in the microwave and a quick chop into the crusts, add ham and local cheddar then perfection! After a long day of baking Alsum Potato’s make a quick side dish. CJ the Baker 👩🍳
