Alside manufacturers the best window and siding products on the market. Their people are very knowledgeable and friendly.
Good products. But some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Response time is deplorable. Once you bought their product, they don't really care about helping you with any issues that might come up.
The absolute worst customer service. Called 800 number to get samples - the 1st time they tell me to go to Alsip, I visited Alsip - the man working there was so rude. I then called corporate and they tell me I need a salesman to get samples- then they give me the phone number of a salesman, so I call guess what- no return call- they haven’t a clue what is going on. They don’t even know what their own process is to get samples. Why would I spend thousands of dollars with a rude and clueless company.
