Not only did they charge me for a whole years worth of rubber mats that I never received (which, they argued was our fault ,) they are never here on time for our towels and aprons. There are even times they didn’t switch out the mop heads or give us the bag for the dirty linens, (which they charge for every little thing) and now we have to wait because they don’t have a driver.
