Horrible customer service. The lady that works there is so arrogant and rude. My son had a 15anera, and she forgot to give us the vest. Went back on Monday and when I told her she said, " so what, do you want an apology." I said no, I want some money back. She damn near threw 10 dollars at me. I will never go there again.
I have used Als tuxedo for everything from a Marine Corps Birthday Ball to my wedding. They are great and very willing to work with you. You can not find prices that even compare!
