First time there I had a problem left a message for the owner on his cell phone and he got back to me very quickly and corrected the problem. This time though I went through the automatic system for washing. Kind of wish it had gone through a second rinse over and above what it was doing. Kind of wish the air blowers were more than just a quick 30 second. 30 seconds is like a sneeze when you're trying to blow the water off a car it's done over and quick
I love Al's Super Wash!! As a young woman, it can be intimidating going through male-dominated car services (car wash, oil change, tire rotation, etc.) The nice thing about Al's is that I can simply swipe my QR code and go in with ease. No fuss! The owner, Al, is also incredibly helpful and kind. He practices excellent customer service. I recommend this service to anyone!
Al’s super wash leaves my car the cleanest in town! They use high quality wash products that leave my car so shiny. Would totally recommend to anyone. Great prices, great customer service, and TOUCHLESS!
