I bought something on sale online but after almost a week of waiting was emailed saying the item was out of stock and that I’d be refunded. Just disappointing.
I have shopped at Als for a long time since I was born and raised in Logan. This weekend I had an experience that blew me away prompting me to finally write a review. We went in on Saturday, the day before Mother’s day, and it was packed in the store. Employees were all doing their best and were as helpful and kind as they could be in a crowded store. I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY A BIKE HERE. Bought a bike, broke a component, and tried to go in for some help with the warranty. I was basically told to screw off and they couldn't even attempt to help me. I went to a smaller, local shop and in about 20 minutes I was finished. The local shop told me SRAM would send me a replacement part. Thanks, Als! I will not be going back.
