I had to get fitted for a tuxedo for my friend's upcoming wedding and happened to stop by at 5:00pm on Saturday - just as the manager was locking up for the day. Instead of asking me to return the next day, Andrew unlocked the door and took an extra 10 minutes to help me get fitted. Anyone in the same situation could've easily turned someone away (and probably would have). Many thanks to him for his outstanding professionalism.
