Never again will I shop st this place . Horrible customer service from the so called sales associate Jimmy on up to the District manager Donald and Lenard. Never have I been trade so disrespectful and I'm in sales . I wish I could give them a negative am out of stars.
There needs to be more than one person working in the store during prom season. Poor guy was swamped and doing his best, but couldn't handle the store full of people alone, let alone answer the constantly ringing phone. I will definitely not go back there because it's staffed so poorly.
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Second time in three weeks we've ordered tuxes for proms for my son and for the second time IT DID NOT COME IN!!!!! For the first prom, they tried to fit him from the shelf, but the pants were so tight, he had to keep his jacket on all night because they wouldn't zip!!!!! The second tux should have arrived on 4/9, but when we checked the receipt the fitting date was input as 7/9...... NEVER EVER AGAIN will we patronize here!!!!!!
