AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Adrian, the manager, went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed for our last minute vow renewal. He called other stores, had really creative solutions and a positive and helpful attitude. He truly cares about his clients and I am so grateful we went to Al’s. DO NOT RENT FROM AL'S. Due to Covid we had a standing reservation with them for seven suits for a wedding for almost two years. During that time the order was confirmed with us correctly multiple times. In spite of this, everything came in a full week later than we were promised, none of the suits had all the correct pieces, they arbitrarily changed the measurements the best man sent in resulting in him having to drive to Denver from Fort Collins the day before the wedding to buy a suit and miss our rehearsal.
