Great place to shop employees so nice
Good customer service
Very polite and kind staff. But I can only give them three stars as my most recent tuxedo rental from them was extremely disappointing. Jacket and pants both showed up the wrong size. While attempting to hem another set of pants on their antique sewing machine, the pants were damaged to the point where they were not wearable. Not so much as an apology offered as I walked out the door. Bear in mind that I did pay extra for the rush service with the understanding that this was something they could accomplish.
