Went out of business after taking our money for tuxedo reservations!!!
I’m not sure what happened here. We stumbled in on this place one day and decided to check it out for our upcoming wedding. The lady that helped us was super nice the first time we visited it was a pleasant experience and we thought we could trust them to get everything right. A couple months go by and they start calling the groom and various other members of our families that they need to come in for the final fitting. During the final fitting nothing was right. My experience at this Al's Formal Wear was awesome, the young lady by the name of Aide was very helpful and knowledgeable about the tuxedo I needed for my Daughters wedding. 👍🏽
Donna, Vanessa and Aide provided excellent customer service. I would like to give special thanks to Donna who went above and beyond to help my fiancé look spiffy for our wedding. Not to mention her amazing personality (which is a plus in her customer service)! We are very happy about his outfit and this team helped make that happen!
