We were greeted immediately after entering the store, even though the clerk was with another customer. She asked what we needed and said she'd be with us in a moment. Two more customers came in after us and she treated them the same. Fitting went well and stepson was sent to try on shirt and pants to ensure proper fit. While he was changing, another gentleman needed a fitting. The clerk did his fitting and didn't charge him anything even though he wasn't renting from there. Terrible Service. Lady was rude.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!! my fiancé and i are a same sex couple!! we have even driven to different states! people won't even help my fiancé when they find out the suit is for her! we decided to go into al's and the man working was so unbelievably nice to us from the moment we walked in!! he made us feel so special! he had a lot of good ideas, has worked many same sex couples!! we left feeling so good about our purchase!! you should go no where else!b great suits and AMAZING service!!
Just to be clear, this 1 star stands for a NEGATIVE 1000! This business was the absolute worst that I have ever dealt with. They lied to me consistently. The staff was rude and oh yeah, our groomsmen's "tuxes" had to be duct taped onto them in order for them to even remotely stay on. From beginning to end this place was a nightmare. I was also promised 40% off on wedding invites but as soon as I signed the contract they said they changed their minds and now they wouldn't be offering the discount.
