Closed without any warning
Went of of business 1 week before wedding. Shame
A large group paid for tuxedos for a wedding. The company closed unexpectedly and will not answer phone calls or emails. We did not receive our tuxedos and we did not receive refunds. After dealing with my bank I filed a consumer complaint summary with the Attorney General’s office. I still however have not received any refund. I urge you to do the same if you’re in a similar situation.
I just learned that the stores have closed. This is really upsetting seeing as most of my wedding party has gone to get fitted and paid. How are we supposed to get our money back if nobody's picking up at the store or corporate?
