I am a person who is handicapped I have a handicap placard I went there today to get a sandwich and lottery. When I pulled up there was somebody sitting in the handicap spot I had to park elsewhere when I went up to the vehicle and said this is a handicap spot they just smiled they did not have a handicap placard and they did not have a handicap plate when I went inside and complained to the employee she went to the owner and the owner told her that I should call the police.
