They have a big selection but behind the counter so you can't really see all beads and you have to ask for everything. The woman working there didn't seem to do the job, not a good customer service. She even recommended to go to Bead World instead...

Bought some very nice quality beads here wholesale. The man behind the counter was kind and helpful, however the woman has exceptionally poor manners. I am surprised she has stayed in business based on her interactions with myself and others in the store.

Amazing place! I've been going there for years and years! They have lots & lots of stock and they are so helpful. The Proprietor's wife, Tammy, can help you pick out materials and even string it for you. I love this place.

I was extremely shocked to find out that the lady that helped was extremely rude to my mom and myself (my mom is 90yrs old, she’s buying beads from Al’s, to make necklaces for many years), the reason for my recommending my son to get take a bracelet for repair. I was upset because I noticed the repairs were done horribly so I emphasized that to her she told me, I was not welcome to visit their store ever again and while we were at it she said to my 90 year old mother also.
