HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I TRIED TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES, THE FIRST TIME I WAS PLACED ON HOLD WHILE THE AGENT WAS HAVING A CONVERSATION WITH SOMEONE ELSE AND CALL WAS DISCONNECT SECOND TIME THEY HUNG UP ON ME! ID RATE IT A NEGATIVE ONE STAR IF I COULD.
The corporate office is way more professional, the boss and the secretary at the main office is very unprofessional. They don’t maintain or take care of the vehicle, If the vehicle is broken they won’t manage the vehicle properly. Cindy the main office lady will not talk you in a professional manner..they also don’t leave proper proof of insurance in the vehicle so if you get stopped that’s a ticket they will just ignore and leave you to take care of.
