I’ve worked for Greg for 6 plus months now and I have to say he’s a terrible person and manager. He still owes me money for jobs I’ve done for him and he has stopped responding and is very unprofessional.

ALR Private Car Service is a 5+ star provider. Greg and his staff have look after our transportation needs for years now and have always provided professional service. Last Christmas, I was informed that my father had been hospitalized on December 23rd. I contacted Greg, as the earliest I could fly into Toronto was on December 24th (Christmas Eve). Greg advised me, it was no problem and picked me up at YYZ himself, outstanding service! Thanks for always looking after us Greg. Bruce

I used this company for airport transportion and AMAZING service!! Arrived on time for pickups, very clean, very professional and super friendly. If I needed to call and ask a question the owner was always available. I can't say enough good things about them. And added bonus they had our coffee and drink order when they arrived to pick us up.

Disappointed is an understatement! Not reliable… the owner/driver asked that we call him when our plane landed…which we did at 11:45pm. He then asked that we call him again when we had received our luggage…which we did at 12:39am. I then told him we were heading up to the pick-up location, and he advised me that he was still 35 minutes away! He finally arrived at 1:14am. At the price he charges, it should not be the client who waits for the driver. When I asked him why he was late, he said he was dropping off other clients. ... read more
