Well, when I first met with this company to find someone to help with taxes, and mainly to review and submit an amendment to a prior year return this company seemed to be very personable, and willing to work for new clients. They did complete my currently year return, however, trying to get an update or even someone to answer the phones now, seems to be the hardest thing ever. Their client portal was very organized and made the process much smoother by clearly showing which documents were needed for both business and personal filings. I moved from California to Virginia and was looking for a new tax professional. I was referred to Alpire Legal & Tax by two other professionals I deal with. I was absolutely amazed by how responsive and professional this firm was and is. For the first time in 25+ years I had my income tax returns filed way in advance of the deadline. What a nice feeling!
