I used Alpine three times now. The first time was all good, the second time IRS contacted me because Alpine wrote that I gave charitable giving to a company I didn't know. I had to pay that back. Now, Alpine has filled out my return and submitted it and IRS rejected it. I have been calling them for weeks because I was wondering why I hadn't received my refund. So i see that Alpine tax responded to some of these reviews. Therefore, i am leaving this review in hopes that SOMEONE will call me back. I have called over 20 times, left Voicemails, text messages and emails and no one has the decency to call me back. This company came highly recommended by a family member of theirs and unfortunatley they completely comitted fraud on my taxes, claimed that i owned a business when i didnt for the last 2 years, oh and charged me over $500 to do my taxes. Don't do your taxes with these people. They are thieves!!! They let someone claim my child without proper documentation. They stole my boyfriends check . They don't get back to you ! Don't go here. Not at all confused . I have the proof would you like me to post it . So please stop . Horrible
