Terrible service. Owner was rude and unprofessional. So was the receptionist. Owner made a mistake on my appointment, refused to help or take responsibility. Untrustworthy, overpriced, rude, and incompetent. Was put on hold 4 TIMES just trying to find out why this mistake happened. I am a long time local in Breckenridge Colorado, and have never been treated in such a terrible way by a business owner as a paying customer. Do not give them your business, I have never seen such a rude business here before.

This place is wonderful! The staff are professional - top of their game. Had the best service, a massage and manicure. Eric, the owner is warm, sincere, and provides such professional services in a relaxed environment. Been to a lot of spas in my day and they can often feel stuffy and trite, Alpine Spa is warm and welcoming. And I have to mention the view! Alpine Spa over looks the Breckenridge ski area - breath taking! Thank you Alpine! Be back soon!

We spend summers over the mountain in Jefferson, and I was desperate to find someone who could give me well executed and attractive haircuts. I wear my hair short so I get it cut & colored every 3-4 weeks. I also get my nails done weekly & have a pedicure monthly. I went to Alpine Spa for my wedding day hair and make-up, and I had such a GREAT experience. First, Heather did my make-up. She was really friendly and first we talked about the look I was going for (natural or dramatic, etc.). She asked my input on colors at several points in the session, which was nice. She did an especially good job on my eyes - they looked great. You could tell I was wearing make-up, but it wasn't overdone. In the end, I was so pleased with how my face looked. This place is great, right in town and a relaxing place to get a spa pedicure! The best part is that it changed ownership last year and the new owner is very sweet. Great Massage!!

Alpine Salon and Spa is THE Salon to go to in Breckenridge. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. If you are looking for a place to get a mani/pedi - this is your place! I just experienced one of the best manicure and pedicure I've ever had...and I'm a licensed cosmetologist. I want to mention that there are a couple of reviews that are not so good, but I absolutely disagree. My daughter, her friend, and I had a fantastic experience here! Mike's massage was outstanding, and my daughter's friend also raved about her massage. My daughter had a facial and was so impressed -- it was terrific and the technician gave excellent advice on products and skin care. We also all had manicures and thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Alpine! Would definitely return on a future trip to Breckenridge.

I had a great experience at this spa today. They opened early for my 10:00 appt - Amanda gave me the best massage I have ever had. I also had a great manicure! Eric the owner was very polite and nice and the place was clean and comfortable. I will be back !! thank you!!!

I had a great experience with the Alpine Salon and Spa. Donnis did an AMAZING job on my hair for my wedding - got compliments on it all night and I felt so beautiful. It even held for 3 days later! The salon staff was helpful - we ran into a hiccup after the stylist who did my trial suddenly left the salon. They offered me another trial at no cost which I felt was an appropriate solution.
