My wife and I were driving grandkids out east and realized late in the afternoon the soft carrier we borrowed to put on car was not adequate. At 5 pm I called and you had one. I rushed down and Bryan and Casey helped assemble the carrier and put it on my car through closing hours. Without their willingness to help I have no idea what I would have done.
