Very professional and helpful.
Today was absolutely unbelievable. I am a self employed carpenter that has been doing finish carpentry for over 8 years now. I called at 4 o'clock and asked for a website to see profiles and their corresponding number so that I could order the correct material. Beautiful showroom, but extremely poor customer service. Handed me a catalog instead of trying to work with me. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time.
