Terrible trusses, awful lumber and they dont stand behind thier commitments. Just avoid and go elsewhere. Bannana trusses, terrible quality lumber and mediocre service. Had to send back floor trusses, lumber and start over with HOME DEPOT. Terrible experience cost me a few thousand to learn a lesson AVOID at any amd all costs. Just remeber thier word has no value and they will get amnesia quickly after they commit.
There are some businesses that caused me to wonder how they can stay afloat given the quality of product and/or service they provide. This location of Alpine Lumber is definitely one of those businesses. From damaged and dirty materials and supplies, to low stock, poor communication, dismissive customer service, and high prices; I can't see a reason why their doors are still open.
