Not a fan five guys sitting in the office and not one of wanted the hell the lumber was trapped and needed a forklift to get out, but nobody wanted to help at 9:58 in the morning. Let’s just say service is not one of their qualities.
These guys did me a solid today. They helped me out with a problem and went above and beyond the call of duty. Phil was especially helpful and I truly appreciate the service.
As Alpine Lumber the staff was always very helpful and accommodating! Hopefully with the buyout and most of the long time employees retiring, the new staff catches on fast and comes up to speed as well. Denise will REALLY be missed!! Any question a contractor had, she had the answer or would find out NOW.
Denise at the front desk is amazing, she goes the extra steps to get you what you need.
Great store, friendly service, but hours on the website and on the door are incorrect for Saturday. Just drove by try to get some stuff and they were closed at 9 AM in the morning on a Saturday.
