Regretted hiring this law firm from the start. Was told to just kick back and wait but that wasn't the case. Timelines were never met. My case would not advance unless I did whatever they were trying to do at the time. Gather hospital records, bills, ect... The secretary Karina made me feel like such a burden when asking for an update. Like 1-2 times a month was just so annoying to her when I asked.
