I purchased a relatively expensive dining room table made by Alpine Furniture Co. and when it was delivered, it was missing an integral part, not hardware but a major wood piece. I contacted Alpine Furniture, sent them multiple pictures, receipt, etc. and have now been told the style has been discontinued and the piece is not available, although I still see that exact table for sale at stores listed under 'where to buy' on their website.
