Do not use this service! You can get Uber Black for half the price. They are very rigid on cancellations, beware. Once you make the reservation, there are no refunds. If your trip is cancelled, too bad. $650 before tip for a round trip from Gunnison to Crested Butte. Uber Black charges half that.
Horrible experience!!! Our flight from DFW-GUC canceled 3 days in a row cutting our vacation in half with no probability of getting there. Canceled Alpine Express (we’ve been using for years) and they WOULD NOT REFUND our transportation! They finally offered a voucher good for 1 year (if they are still in business). Told them fine we’ll take the voucher but NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER will use this sad company EVER AGAIN!

DO NOT USE this company!! Driver did not show to pick us up. We waited over 1 hour. Contacted the company, when the finally located the driver he was 45 minutes away with guests that he picked up that were on our same flight. I asked the staff for a refund because we had to book a rental car. She said "our manager will get in contact with you". This was in JUNE!! I have called them back over 6 times and each time they say " Oh yes refunds take a long time, and we are still waiting for our manager to approve it." Now it is Oc... read more
