The lack of drive through significantly hinders the benefit of the location. I am reviewing other banking options because I have to make a 45+ minute drive to do any banking that cannot be done via the app or website (which also does not function properly) This branch can't really do much. Can't replace cards, ATMs dont work. Honestly they could close it down and it wouldn't alter the usefulness of of the location
I haven't banked with Alpine Credit Union in the past but decided to try them out because I felt like my current bank Mountain America wasn't taking good care of me. Im so glad I did. Jacie helped me with all my needs and made it a seamless experience. Im now looking into moving all of my banking from Mountain America to Alpine Credit union.
I spoke to someone(female) on the phone today about a large amount of money that has not been refunded to my bank account for weeks. Last week I was told to call today if I still had not been refunded to see what is going on. The woman I spoke to today was very rude. She was basically telling me I was completely out of luck and they could do NOTHING to refund me the money because it was through a third party they work with. Employees are all nice and extremely helpful, would recommend for anyone without a bank yet!
