Smashed my IPhone 16 pro front and back. Went to Alpine Computers for a fix. Repaired both front and back however the front screen now changes brightness on random and my battery health has plummeted. The back broke again on a small fall. I’m not upset, should have expected this from a non-Apple retailer using different parts. Customer service was great otherwise.
I like so many others had a brilliant experience - my laptop wouldn’t charge and Haydn was able to diagnose the issue but due to the motherboard power issue it has to be micro soldered at another repairer closer to where I live (as I was travelling through the area for snow). Would highly recommend.
My computer wouldn't start and HP weren't helpful. Haydn got my computer running and fixed the problem in no time at all. Amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic customer service. The computer had a corrupt drive and wouldn't boot beyond the bios. Drive repaired and windows installed in half a day. Highly recommended.
