My family took in a collection to have appraised for an estate and we found the owners very friendly and knowledgeable. We had hundreds of coins and the process took almost 3 hours even at the rapid pace of the owner so take a book and make an appointment ahead of time. We were very pleased and would recommend them highly. Fred the dog was a nice diversion too, all in all a positive experience.
