My mom got blinds installed by this company and the string to roll them has the protector sleeve for safety reason making it a pain to use so she called back to have the motorized ones installed instead and the company said they will not make an extra stop to do this for her if they aren’t near the area despite the money she has already spent and will be spending again. They said they were going to come 3 times and never showed up to install and now won’t schedule her in as a service until they get another job in the area. T... read more
