I like Alpine Bank. The bankers are very helpful. The only thing that I wished they would do is open a bank near Jefferson County or closer to the west of Denver. I go to Denver a lot and when i need to use the Bank i have to drive a distance to a branch. The closest and less congestive is Boulder.
Front counter teller staff are unpleasant and unprofessional besides Krista. I have to go in frequently to deposit a check physically every month from a specific BofA account. The teller staff act like they have never seen me or my deposit before. I’m expecting a “good afternoon Mr. Wright”. That’s never happened unless Krista is working.
