Colorado local bank that’s employee owned. What’s not to love?
Alpine Bank rocks, always personable service by real humans, make me feel special all the time. This agency in Boulder particularly shines out, a clean and neat space, great coffee, and bankers are polite and well trained. Steban was my banker today and he was 5 stars
I opened an account online with Alpine so that I would have a local backup to my big national bank. Got hit with a $3 paper mailing fee that took me below their $1,500 account threshold which led to a further $18 in account charges. I then closed my account and had to pay another $25 since my account was less than six months old. Employees are all very nice but save yourself the headache and bank somewhere else.
