Always helpful great staff
I live in Mexico and my debit card is not working, and it’s a Saturday. I have sufficient funds in my account. I called every number listed customer service, etc. They are closed. It says 24/7 service, no there isn’t. What am I supposed to do to get this rectified when you’re closed? What happens if my card was stolen?
I have been a customer of Alpine Bank 20 plus years ,and although we moved out of town, our family still uses Alpine as the customer service is the best ! Each person employed at the bank has a warm and caring attitude . I cannot recommend them enough
